As we grow our youth soccer club, we aim to expose as many players as possible to our dynamic, customized training models which integrally develops players' skills.
All teams compete in the prestigious Southern California Developmental Soccer League (SCDSL) year-round. We have multiple turf and grass playing fields for our Development Program, our Pre-Team (U6-U7), and our competitive teams for players league age U8 through U16. We welcome all kids to tryout. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Our training staff is exceptional and we are actively hiring coaches experienced in club and/or high school soccer to augment our staff. As such, we ensure that your player is trained according to the highest standards of modern soccer.
Please fill the registration form and someone form the club will contact you within 24 hours.
PLAYER EVALUATION AND SELECTION
Player performance will be evaluated in tryouts, training, scrimmages, and/or games. Only the Director of Coaches and the coach of the team will discuss the player evaluation and selection.
01Personality Traits: strength of character, discipline, leadership, charisma, competitiveness, creativity, and ability to take instruction.
02Physical Ability: strength, speed, endurance, coordination, and agility.
03Technical Proficiency- (skill) receiving, passing, dribbling, shooting, heading, juggling, and use of both feet.
04Tactical Awareness: ability to read the game, decision-making with and with out the ball, vision, position, marking, timing, and anticipation.
05Commitment: regular attendance and participation in team and club functions.
06Match day preparation and performance.
Registration: Players who are already club members do not have to register online and do not have to print the release form.
Tryout Dates: Current roster players should attend as many try-outs as possible, but must attend at least two. The term "tryout" should not affect a player's approach since players are constantly evaluated by their coach throughout the year--at practices, scrimmages, league games, and tournaments-- in order for each player to continue to develop.
